Starting April 4, Geeksboro is proud to present the Alternative Facts Film Series, a presentation of Michael Radford's "Ninteen Eighty-Four" (April 4) and Terry Gilliam's "Brazil" (April 11) -- two films made within a year of each other, that were inspired by George Orwell's perpetually timely dystopian science fiction novel "1984." Both films depict miserable futures wherein a world is beset by a government that controls its populace via alternative facts.

"Ninteen Eighty-Four" will screen at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tuesday, April 4 and "Brazil" at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 11. Tickets are only $4 each.
