After graduating from Duke University, Greensboro North Carolina nativeRobyn Paris moved to Los Angeles, California in search of Hollywood dreams. What she found instead was a starring role in Tommy Wiseau's The Room, a film many believe is the most hilariously awful movie ever made.
Today, Paris has managed to escape “The Room” and has recently completed an independent production inspired by her work on "The Room."
Paris, who graduated from Grimsley High School, will return to her hometown for a special HOMECOMING screening of “The Room” at Geeksboro Coffee & Beverage Company at 10 p.m. Friday, January 13th. The screening will include a Q&A with Paris and more!.
Tickets for this special, one-night-only ‘homecoming’ screening of “The Room” are $15 each, and are available online at https://www.geeksboro.com/tix-merch/theroomparis.
